If you're seeking peace in your finances, more margin in your budget, and a legacy that inspires generations to come, you're in the right place. Hey Accelerators and welcome back to Accelerate Your Legacy. Just so you know, this podcast name is changing and you get to have some say in what that changes to. But that is a thing for Instagram. Today we are talking about gratitude, not just because it is Thanksgiving, but because gratitude is a powerful tool to transform the way that we manage our money, our time and our other resources. This will be a short and sweet episode because let's face it, we've all got turkey waiting or maybe leftovers, depending on when you're listening to this, but take a moment to tune in and I promise it will be worth it. Here's the thing: gratitude shifts our focus. Instead of dwelling on what we don't have, Gratitude helps us see the abundance in what we do have, and when we're content, it becomes easier to make wise, intentional choices with our money and our time. Think about it. When you're grateful for the car you already own, you're much less tempted to take on unnecessary debt for a brand new one. And when you're thankful for the food on your table, you're less likely to waste money eating out all the time. Gratitude leads to contentment and contentment helps us live within our means, but it doesn't stop at money. Gratitude helps us steward our time better, too. Instead of constantly chasing more, more work, more activities, more stuff, and trust me, I'm guilty of this. Instead of chasing more, we can pause and breathe and spend our time on what truly matters. Our faith, Our family and building a meaningful legacy. So here's a simple challenge for you: this Thanksgiving, write down three things that you're grateful for. Keep that list where you can see it. Let it remind you to be content, to spend wisely and to live intentionally. Gratitude isn't just a nice feeling. It's a strategy and it's a key to living a life where you're in control of your resources, instead of letting them control you. If you're ready to take the next step in managing your money and resources, I've got an exciting opportunity for you. On December 2nd, we're kicking off the six day money experiment. This is a free video series where we'll explore six small actions that can make a It's the perfect way to take the principles of gratitude and contentment and put them into place.
